After many years in the restaurant business as a Head Chef, I have found myself on a new path as a Private Chef. What I have loved most about this second part of my career is the constant change of scenery and creativity that it allows me to have. Every client is different and so I can create custom experiences to suit their needs exactly. This keeps me on my toes and allows me to always be coming up with new and interesting ways to entertain.
